On the Spectrum

Ok, I know you are probably a little confused at the moment, so here is the story.

I am always up extremely late every fricken night because I get caught up in something (my AS obsession is reasearching and looking up topics that interest me at the time, I think...) and I think a good solution would be an application that locks my computer at a predetermined time, but keeps in in a state where, if I had anything running/downloading, it would still continue, and doesn't unlock until sometime in the AM (eg. 9:00am).  Also, it can't be password protected unless there was some way of me not knowing it (eg. Random password generated or something)

if it means anything, my OS is Win7 as the Administrator (so that rules out using the built In time limiters) with pretty beefy specs, so there should be no worries in that department...

Doyou guys have any good suggestions?
